Being Miss Sprint Cup is such an honor. Traveling to all the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races we have the chance to meet so many great race fans and see a lot of familiar faces. During the weekend we are in the garage area, get to interview drivers out at the Sprint Experience and end the weekend congratulating the winning driver in Victory Lane! We are the fans friend on the inside.

When we are away from the track we like to explore great places to eat. We are blessed with an opportunity to travel, so why not try out different local places? We check out Speedeats.com each week to find new places and I'm happy to share a few of my favorites from Indianapolis with all of you.

Working Man's Friend

They have the BEST burgers in town and you can drink out of a mason jar! The prices are super low, the food is fantastic and you're right in the middle of the industrial/ residential area.

Maxine's Chicken and Waffles

If you're in the mood for soul food this is the place to go! It is located downtown Indianapolis, so if you're in a hurry this is not the place to go. It is a fun, loud and festive place. Some items on the menu include; BBQ Turkey Sandwich, Fried Tomatoes, Fish n' Grits and Collared Greens. Good ol' down home cookin'!

Bearcats

This is THE place to go for breakfast!! All I am going to say is you have to try "The Funky Monkey" ...Three pancakes with bananas, chocolate chips, pecans and/or blueberries.
