ELKART LAKE Wisconsin's Gessert's is like going back in time. Great shakes and malts at this Ice Cream Parlor and store.

Road America: The Paddock Club
Excecutive Chef Lyn Chisolm and her staff has made The Paddock Club into an overnight success and a must if visiting the Elkart Lake area. A creative menu and popular wine-list awaits you when you enter this historic building. Lyn showed us in our video segment last year that the building itself, riddled with history, adds to the restaurant's unique flavor.
Check out the little hot dog stand in the alley next to Paddock Club. They operate that as well and it's a good late night spot.

THIS is where you need to hit dinner after track activity on Friday. It's a traditional Wisconsin Friday Fish Fry and it's as local as it gets! Great food, atompshere and super friendly people.

THIS is the place to hit if you are going to Sonoma!!!! Homestyle Cooking with a twist. Italian Food too. What can't you get? Great smoked items done in their outdoor smoker. Are you kidding me? This place has been featured on Triple-D. So if that doesn't make you want it... I dont know what will? Gotta do the Tri-Tip sandwich.

Ad Hoc
This unusual restaurnat has a menu that changes daily. Opened originally as a temporary sort of restaurant experiment, the place took off and is now a very popular place for home cooked meals. Don't expect cheap prices but do expect AMAZING food including their famous buttermilk fried chicken. The name Ad Hoc means "For This Purpose"
6476 Washington St

Sonoma: Hurley's Restaurant & Bar
This place comes highly recommended by NASCAR producer Ben Reed. Executive chef Bob Hurley has created a place that serves wine country cuisine "with Mediterranean Flair." Where else can you have great win and Wild Boar? This place is creative. Creativity comes with a price... it is not cheap. Reservations are recommended as well.
