- Chicago -
Hot Doug's
Hot Doug's is a hot dog/sausage lovers playground. Last year we had Antelope Sausage! Yeah, and for the not-so-brave... the hot dog options are awesome.
This is a favorite of Chicago native Justin Oppman. "Jopp" as I like to call him is my teammate (audio guy) with NASCAR.com "They have every dog imaginable," says Oppman.
When you walk in it's easy to see why they call themselves the "The Sausage Superstore and
Encased Meat Emporium."

Rosal's Cucina
Rosal's is a true "neighborhood" place. If you are looking for fine-fancy Italian cuisine, go somewhere else. This quaint Chicago favorite is family owned and serves simple, authentic Sicilian dishes that include recipes that date back over 100 years.

Al's Beef
If you want an awesome traditional Italian Beef sandwich while in Chicago, look no further. I've been to Al's and it is awesome. If it is your first time, go wiht the traditional Italian Beef sandwich, with giardiniera (sweet peppers or our original homemade hot peppers). Make sure to get the sandwich dipped! Jason "Eagle" Allison goes for the Sausage and Beef Combo sandwich!
They have several locations so click the website for the closest one... or check out the original location listed below.

Fat Willy's Rib Shack
Since 2002 this Barbecue Shack in a strip-mall has been a Chicago barbecue favorite. Don't overlook the various otions on this menu... it's not your typical Rib-Shack. It's a sneaky good place that serves some of the best cue around. Their brisket has been the item that has brought them the most notariety. The ribs are fall-off-the-bone good. Try the short-ribs as well.

Mr. Beef
Recently named on TV as the best of the beef in Chicago, it defeated the traditional Al's. I've never been to Mr. Beef but their Italian Beef sandwiches are said to be amazing. The giardiniera they put on the sandwich looks amazing.

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria
My good friend Sally Herschman, who lives in Chicago, took me and Eagle here for the first time a few years back. The sausage pizza is to die for. Now I am a NY boy and prefer NY style pizza, but I can appreciate a good deep dish. Malnatti's serves up some of the best I've had in Chi-town (so far).

Gene and Georgettos
Talk about a Chicago tradition, opened in 1941, Gene and Georgetti's is the Windy City's oldest steakhouse. Celebrites from all ages have eaten their, including one of my favorites, Frank Sinatra.
My Boston buddy Brian Twist loves the place. Bring you wallet though, it's good food but you will pay the price.
