@SpeedEats in Huntington, NY at Bagel Works. Eatin an egg-everthing buttered bagel. Listening to three animated old-timers talkin at a table. Sounds like Seinfelds and Costanzas!
@RikiRachtman: Breakfast Buffet consisted of cereal. don't think I've ever had Captain Crunch while wearing leather pants. Actually I probably have. Yikes
@EricaKron @MatthewDillner makes a stop at one of his favorite childhood seafood places, Bigelow's on Long Island!
aric_almirola I drink water like 98% of the time but every once in a while. I'm a sucker for an ice cold cream soda.. http://twitpic.com/2diqpw

MRO BLACK ROCK EVENT A SUCCESS
Speedeats' Matthew Dillner would like to personally thank everyone who participated in the 3nd Annual NASCAR Night MRO event at Dundee, NY's Black Rock Speedway. Drivers Michael McDowell, Trevor Bayne, Ricky Stenhouse and JJ Yeley all helped make the night special for the packed crowd. Yeley won the driver race. MRO's Billy Mauldin too the checkers in the celebrity race. Earnhardt Ganassi Racing's #1 team swept the NASCAR team races. NASCAR.com did a great "all access" video on the crew races.

MICHIGAN RACING!
Check out the racing at Michgan this weekend. They have some real good ticket plans!
YOU GOTTA SEE THIS!
While on our week off last weekend, Speedeat's Matthew Dillner and some friends hit Winston-Salem, NC's Bowman Gray Stadium. Our friend Jason Buckley caught this wild Stadium Stock flip on his flip camera. The driver was uninjured. In fact, shortly after the wreck he walked over to the guy he made contact with and started throwing punches. Classic.
MOVIN ON TO MEXICO
St. Louis weekend was the last race for our great friend Lonnie Clouse, who has served as the Nationwide Series chaplain for several years. Lonnie and his family are moving to Mexico to care for orphans. Please pray for them and support their mission. click here

Squeaky Cheese in Wisconsin

Sidetrack
In a small little downtown village of Ypsilanti, Michigan sites a pretty darn cool spot. Friend of Speedeats, NASCAR.com's Justin Oppman, showed us "Sidetrack." Located across the street from a Hudson car museum, Sidetrack is now one of our favorite spots. Who can beat their burgers, sweet potato fries and creative menu? The burgers are handcrafted and delicious. They have a great beer selection as well. We suggest sitting outside in their unique ivy covered patio that gives you a great view of the museium and street.

BD's Mongolian Barbecue
Yeah Yeah, I know it is technically a chain. BD's rocks and it's their best location in my opinion. A bunch of us have been going to this Ann Arbor BD's for years.
If you've never been, it's simple. Picture a salad bar where you fill your bowl with meat, chicken or poultry, veggie and toppings, spices and sauces. Then you bring it to a stone grill and they cook it for you. It's a ton of fun! Count me in for at least two bowls. Shhh...maybe three!

Slow's BBQ
If you venture into Detriot... it's hard to not go here! Slows is a pretty famous joint. Slows is annually voted and winning awards for the best something. Usually it is their barbecue and burgers.

Lafayette Coney Island
Two competing Coney Island Hot Dog places rival one street in Detriot Michigan. Some say "American Coney Island" is the best. Others say Lafayette (next door) is better. I think Lafayette is the best Coney Island Dog in Downtown Detroit.

Angelos
Angelos at Ann Arbor is a great place. I have only had breakfast there. Great breakfast potatoes and homemade bread. They have a nice little history. I have heard their corned beef is great but I have never been there for lunch. I will have to try it sometime. The waiters have been the same forever!

Mac's Acadian Seafood Grill
It's a hidden little place where the locals like to go. On the way to the track from the Ann Arbor area it's in the small town of Saline, Michigan. There isn't much signage so keep your eye out for it.
Mac's has gourmet seafood in a casual setting at reasonable prices. I'm telling you, this place is awesome. Wood grilled fish... how can you go wrong?

Seeing the beautiful Hudson parked in front of Ypsilanti's Side Track was about as priceless as their yummy burgers. Put this restaurant/bar on your list for Michigan and take a look across the street at the car museum for some Michigan history!
